I'm interested. I can eat healthy for a little while, but then I get off track. I need motivation to continue eating healthy so that I can continue to work toward making eating healthy a lifestyle and not just to lose weight..

Feel free to add me. I just re started about 3 days ago and I have been working out for the past 3 days. Today I did run to the mirror. I thought I only did that. As you can see I also need help with sticking with this. Congratulations on your new baby.

I'm 5'7" and 3/4 so I usually say I'm around 5'8". My starting weight is 182. My goal weight is 135. I buy all tall jeans and pants when I can. Regular look short when I wear heels.
