Beginners Food Challenge
I'm thinking about starting a food challenge group. Exercising is usually not hard for me, but eating well is... I'm not an expert, but I hope to change the way eat along with my friends. So far...
Start Date:Now - June 29th
Break: June 30th - July 6th
Restart: July 7 - July 27
#1 Eat a Breakfast
#2 Eat Two Cups of your choice of vegetables per day steamed or raw only
#3 Drink at least one glass of water before every meal.
#4 Limit red meat to only once a week
#5 Limit Alcohol to two beverages per week
#6 Sunday - Rest Day
New food challenges to be added weekly on Sunday!

I'm interested. I can eat healthy for a little while, but then I get off track. I need motivation to continue eating healthy so that I can continue to work toward making eating healthy a lifestyle and not just to lose weight..0

Thats a good start. That is basically how I started. I also cut back on soda to 3x a week.0

I would love to join you. I too have a problem eating well. Suggestions on what to eat for breakfast and I'm confused on what to eat for dinner since you mentioned red meat to only once per week. Or is there no dinner? I'm confused, sorry. I don't have a problem with eating meat only once per week since I could do without it anyway.0
