Thanks everyone for your replies. I will definately keep my incline increased on the treadmill. I use a cardio setting so it adjusts according to my heart rate. My calorie intake is set at 1300 down from 1500. And I will try and lift heavier as well!

Scotland is my DREAM trip. It was tough to get my husband to Ireland; so maybe next trip to Scotland!! We are golfers and would love to try out some of the courses there! I will take my walking shoes and be careful of the guiness! I like the meal in a glass comment!! Thanks for your input!!
