I still eat everything I did before joining MFP, I just eat less of it! I've still lost but I'm considering whether to start being healthier as I'm so hungry sometimes.. I can't go without crisps though, I would die!

I've opened my diary. I don't log weekends but I don't go mad or anything im probably down on saturdays and up on sundays so it levels out. I did stop eating back my exersize calories a few weeks ago because someone said i'd lose more - i'm thinking this may be the culprit? x
