only lost 17lb and already hit plateau!?

So I started MFP at the beginning of Jan (the only new years resolution I've ever stuck to, yay me!)
I'm 21 and 5"3. My starting weight was 161lb and in 3 months I've lost 17 lb.. Currently at 144.5lb and have been for the past 3 weeks (before this I lost at least a pound a week). I've been eating 1200 cals a day and playing netball twice a week.. Nothings changed so I'm completely puzzled at the fact my weight loss has stalled! I also thought I wouldn't plateau until closer to my goal, it seems a bit early?!
I'm going to start 30DS this week in the hope it might kick start my weight loss again but does anyone have any other suggestions?
I'm getting a little worried as I'm set on losing at least another 14 lbs before July as I'm going on a girly holiday with my disgustingly gorgeous thin friends lol!
Please help me!

Try increasing your cardio and reduce your sodium intake. Cut out processed foods.0

I've opened my diary.
I don't log weekends but I don't go mad or anything im probably down on saturdays and up on sundays so it levels out.
I did stop eating back my exersize calories a few weeks ago because someone said i'd lose more - i'm thinking this may be the culprit?
