Today I had ezekiel low sodium sprouted whole grain toast with PB and 3 egg whites.

How do you join this club, I have less than 10 lbs to reach my goal. It seems so hard to get these final pounds off. Any helpful advice appreciated ; )

When I was body building I would eat equal carbs to protein, about 20 grs each per meal (5 meals per day). However those carbs could not be processed junk. Only healthy carbs like oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice, fruit... Anything green, counted as a vegetable and was pretty much free food. I went from 250 lbs to 125 lbs…

Good Luck Lisa, Being part of an on line forum helped me to loose over 100 lbs about 10 years ago. It is important to have support and I am glad to hear your husband is on board with you.
