you look great! Stress can be bad for slipping into old habits, but try to be strong and don't make excuses. I am in a bit of a stressful time right now myself and I find I am cheating a bit or too stressed to eat. I am hoping they balance each other out till things settle down. Good luck to you.

I have had the book burn the fat feed the muscle for many years. I love it. It is great for building lean body mass and loosing the fat. I have the transformation pictures to prove it. I was eating a lot of food and I build fabulous muscle and could fit into a size 4. Definately don't starve yourself.

You look fabulous and I love seeing all the happy faces along with the transformations. Great Job!

Beautiful, keep it going and believe in yourself!

You are so lovely and that smile is infectious!

Often it is a comment people make when you will end up skinnier than they are. Just get to a healthy place and don't worry about what they think.

Not sure what the nutrition stats are on your butter, but we use Smart balance and it is 50 cal. per tablespoon. Any fat spreads are going to be higher in calorie, so you may just have to cut back if you are eating too much of them. I never butter anything any more. Dry toast or pb if I am in the mood, dry baked potatoes.…

your looking darn good. Keep up the great job!

OK, so I weighed in this morning and am ready to go. CW: 138.2 GW: 130 - 133 I want to hover under 135 lbs. I forgot that I have a week long trip to Texas planned this month. It could be hard to meet this simple goal, but then again it could be just what I need to keep me from over doing it on the holiday. Good Luck…

I only need to loose about 5 lbs myself, don't feel like poo, just work on it like everyone else. I know how hard it is to loose those last few pounds. I have not even been able to loose a lb a month lately. I guess I need to shake things up and maybe this will be the thing that helps me get there.

You are looking fabulous! Congrats.

When I was body building I often ate just before crawling into bed and I had awesome results. Of coarse I only ate healthy choices, Protein/carb balanced.
-
You look great and yes the new smile is a sign of how you are transforming mind and body! Keep it up.

I think I am a big eater. I always have friends telling me they don't know how i can eat so much. Thankfully I have learned to love healthy foods. I eat huge salads with lots of protien and I fill my plate with lots of green veggies like brocolli. I think it is OK to workout so you have a treat ; )

I have lost over 100 lbs and I still see fat girl some of the time. It is just our minds playing tricks on us. Yes the pictures will tell you the truth. Keep taking them, it is important to believe the accomplishments you have made.

You are doing it. Keep it going girl, you are looking good!

You can loose weight by just calorie counting, but do you want to just loose weight or do you want a healthy body? If you want a healthy body, I would suggest doing both. You can start out slowly. When I began my journey I was only able to do 10 min. on the treadmill, but I kept at it every day till I could do more and…

Stay focussed, set goals, keep going no matter what. Surround yourself with people who have similar goals. I am not saying I never had bad days, I did, but I just kept going. Taking the pictures was very helpful to me. To this day I still carry my photos in my wallet as a reminder and to keep me focussed. I never want to…

Of coarse this is a real story! Why would you say that? I have my transition pictures to prove it. I am on MFP to motivate others and to stay motivated myself. I still work out in the gym and eat right and track my foods when I feel like I need to. I currently want to loose 5 pounds. Not much, but if I don't stay on top of…

What I did to get to that point was simple. The first year I just focussed on loosing the weight. Treadmill and healthy food choices. Once I decided to lift weights I started to Eat 6 healthy meals a day and workout in the gym every day except Sunday. I didn't need to put in long hours of working out either. My cardio…

I am 50 and would love to give some support. It helps me stay on track too. Good Luck!

Thanks everyone, My only daughter is now weighing in where I began my journey and it is my mission to help her make the journey herself. She is currently working out with me, so hopefully it is happening. I have 2 boys also that are obese and it is so hard to watch them going down the same path I did. I wish I could do…

I'll join in too, is there any rules? Is there a special group or just this thread? I will post weight tomorrow. 5 lbs would put me at my goal. I have been holding steady for months, so hopefully I can kick these last 5 pounds out!

I agree with most, you should eat more. Get some green veggies in your diet. I don't seem ,many veggies at all, that will help I bet.
