Happy Birthday! But yes, just get back to it and make sure you're keeping yourself hydrated.

Steak dinner at a local restaurant. Maybe a little wine. Maybe a little dessert. Looking forward to it! Then strength training in the AM.

Read title. Nope. Read explanation. Nope.

You just rocked my world. I love apples in yogurt! Right now, veggie muffin and ice cream. Booyah.

Hah! But seriously, I'm a geek.I cosplay, play video games (namely the Final Fantasy series) and I like to wind down my nights by playing Jeopardy! with my hubby. For my 30th, my besties threw me a surprise Star Wars themed b'day party. Feel free to add me.

If you can, I'd add more stuffs to it. I had oatmeal this morning, but made it with almond milk and added nuts and fruit. I ate around 730 and I still feel pretty decent.
-
It depends. Are you JUST eating the oatmeal, or are you eating it with nuts/peanut butter/fruit? Are you making it with water or some sort of milk? I'd need more than just one packet if you're eating it plain.

Yup, this. I don't think I've ever tracked sugar. I track fiber instead. (Carbs/protein/fat/fiber/sodium)

I hit reply and more responses posted, but DEFINITELY more protein.

I just snorted.

Yeah. This. I highly suggest #3 and #4. I suffer from headaches, but they tend to be around and above one particular eye. I now see a massage therapist and my chiropractor at least once a month, and got a supportive pillow. This along with managing my seasonal allergies has helped immensely.

^^ This. I am definitely not a perfect logger, but pre-planning has helped me a lot. I tend to pre-log during the work week. Weekends are a little more loosy-goosy.

If it started with stress, address the stress. Start doing some breathing exercises, know that you are human, and you can get back on the horse. But do it gradually. Going all out will put you in the same place. GOOD LUCK!!

Agreed. Awesome job and start picking things up and putting them down.

RE: Diary - I think you need to make your diary open to the public OR your profile open to the public.

I'm eating around 1325-1375 most days and exercising about 2-4 days a week. I'm 5'1".

He stayed within 2000 calories AND walked 45 minutes a day. He also ate things like the Egg White Delight, oatmeal and salads. I did see the occasional small fry as well. You could Substitute "McDonald's" for "Burger King" or "Subway" as well. But he was staying within a certain caloric intake and exercising. He even said,…

Sorry, late to the party. I try to stick close to IIFYM. Some days I'm on point, others, eh. Still tryin' to find my groove. I find that pre-planning/pre-logging my meals has helped a lot.

Definitely incorporate strength/resistance training. You're going to want to eat some of your exercise calories back once you start incorporating more exercise and if you stay at 1200. I am close to your stats. I have a small build, 5'1" and at my last weigh in I was 120. My highest point was 134 after I made my ticker. I…

See your PCP and take a log of you food with you, noting when you get the symptoms and how severe. I have IBS, and my Stomach is pretty small now, but if I eat too quickly and eat too of certain food groups, I bloat and look like I'm at the tail end of my first trimester. :( I was told to increase my fiber, take a…
