I USED to eat the same thing day in and day out. I got burnt out on some things, so I haven't touched them in months. But I think that's changing. I 'tend to eat': Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Apples (Granny Smith) Diced Peaches Tea

I second the sandwich use. Maybe because I'm not a mayo fan, so I try to find decent substitutes.

Yup."I'm going to work out 6 days a week and drink x gallons of water and eat 65 celery sticks!" Then one week later, done. It has to be gradual steps and incorporation. Otherwise you go all out and burn out around January 15th.

For myself, I do a combo. HIIT about 2x a week and strength 2x a week with walking or some sort of cardio machine thrown in for a warm up. For me, lifting weights helps me deal with pain issues. Wonky knee, bad shoulders and other various stuffs. ...Annnd I look like a beast when I lift heavier than some of the guys at my…

This. I have seen people congratulate people on being under their calorie goal, then I see that they only ate 1000 or less calories. CONSISTENTLY. Honestly, people!
