I've been using whey with coffee as a shake. I chill my coffee overnight, use about 2/3 C of Almond Milk, ice and a serving of the powder. I might start using instant hot chocolate to make it a mocha or chocolate almond milk.

I schedule my workouts, meaning that I put them in my calendar like an appointment. I do an HIIT class 1-2x a week, and strength training 2x. All of 'em are in my calendar.

Yeah... your body will sort itself out as is the way of life. If I feel gross after a day or weekend of eating a lot of "stuff" (i.e. alcohol, fried foods, etc.) I just get back on the wagon.
