My other half is my gym buddy and he's been twice in the past 2 months... My motivation, getting more done when he's not there because i'm not on his time limit/having to leave because of his boredom.xx

17 weeks and 6 days until I take my lovely little family to menorca for the week... Not my preference of holiday destination but the other half and kids will love it.

Most surgeons will only do it if you are done having children because you.shouldn't stretch the skin again. My plan is to save over 4 years see how my skin is in that time, then if need be have it done.xx

I log my breakfast after I've eaten, at the same time I log my dinner so I can then plan a lunch or snacks depending on my day with the calories left. I always like to have a decent meal in the evening which is why I log this way.

It does seem to be popular in the uk for quick.holiday weightloss. I personally think it's a lot of money and it does not take into account of daily life. Also of the numerous people I've know who've tried this all habe regained the lost weight eventually or could not keep it up financially. That said if you can sustain it…

I generally low carb and (mainly through illness) have taken a week off to just count calories and let the macros fall where they may so far this week i have still lost weight and not gained like everyone assumes. Switch it up for a bit and see how it goes.xx

I'm on day 13 and that was 135 squats. My other half has said he's noticed a different, i'm not.so sure.xx

I do 20-40mins of yoga 4 evenings a week to relax and to stretch my muscles after cardio and weights... I've found it incredible as a supplement and I'm definitely more flexible.xx

My 2 nsv are 1. If i dance or do a little wiggle both my jeans fall down. 2. My sports bra is now too big on the band to wear comfortably... Only bought it 8 weeks ago, my goal is to fit in the crop top style sports bra.

LOVE teen mom just peeved that I read this thread and had spoiler alerts... The UK is so far behind. Cannot stand jenelle or her tantrums, guess I just can't relate cos I have zero tolerance when it comes to drug usage.xx

I do yoga 4 nights a week, cardio and strength training 3 times a week and the 30day squat challenge. Squats aside, i take a break over the weekend, mainy because I'd rather go for outings with the kids so it's light exercising.xx

As long as you aren't diabetic, have an insulin resistance or an intolerance to them they are fine to include in your meals. I low carb for non of these reasons though because I can eat an inhuman amount of pasta and rice for me to feel satisfied and I find it better to abstain and what I can't have I rarely miss.

Yep, earlier this year had it twice in a month because i never gave myself a chance to rest the 1st time. My advice rest up and keep cold and flu tablets and fluids to hand! Hope you feel better soon.xx
