That there is more than one way to achieve your goals and as long as you are still heading in the same direction it doesn't matter how you change the way you eat to fit your life at that time. Also fitness goals give you more satisfaction than a number on the scale.

300mins powerlifting and the accessory work so strength/weight training and once kids are back at school will add my cardio back in. Which will be about 150 mins a week.

The small peach lemonade is 88 cals and a small regular latte with sugar free caramel syrup comes in at 145 cals and can be iced on warm days and the protein helps.

When you walk around a supermarket holding on to your bum because the feeling of your glutes amazes you or you consider leaving costa because you are wondering if your legs will hold you up for the length of the queue.xx

I leg pressed 300kg, *kitten* to the grass on squats with 60kg and walked around a supermarket holding my bum feeling my glutes. Good day I'd say.

I had an appointment with my gynaecologist for an ablation and she asked if I had tried losing weight before and if I was having trouble maybe consider wls. I told her I can do it I'm just lazy so did it to keep off the surgeons table and to prove that sometimes people are just lazy when it comes to losing weight not that…

I up my protein on those days. Because I go carb crazy the day after. Xx

There is no miracle to this diet, it's just a way to create a weekly calorie deficit. I have done juddd but am now doing a 4:3 as my lift days suffered. I eat up to 650 3 days a week and up to 2500 4 days so over the week my daily average has been looking between 1200-1500 which is what mfp would give people. It's calorie…

Just ordered from fabletic, looks cute if you are model shaped, large busts make things hang differently and the material is very thin though very comfy, slightly overpriced.

Coffee and bedroom based cardio.

My pt is happy to but I go to a competitive body builders gym as bizarrely feel more comfortable walking into a gym full of men than women. You are paying for their service find someone who works for you.xx

Make a play list that makes you want to move. Shut the curtains and DANCE, you know the type of dancing you do when no one is watching. Will make you feel good and work up a sweat in the comfort of privacy. Reason I say shut the curtains/blinds is because my window cleaner once caught me shaking my rump in underwear and…

I'm 5'6" 282lbs and my pt has me squatting 3x15 reps of 40 kg. But the week before tom I can only do 20 kg but even at my largest of 311lbs I was doing daily bodyweight squats.

If you think you are eating too few calories, rather than readjust again maybe include eating the adjustments from the fitbit to see if that helps you lose?
-
Fitbit estimates your total daily energy then adds your steps on top. So the 7000 steps aren't burning 3000 on top that's your total for the day. If they are synced the adjustment to mfp are what you should eat back.

I'm just shy of 2 months in and can't see a difference except on my feet and ankles, however, I can jog daily now and am not feeling lethargic and happily play football or rugby and run around with the kids on days out rather than feeling like a walrus.

On fast days. I can manage to have 3 small meals a day if i want to but never been a big breakfast eater so generally don't start eating until 4 so have a salad with protein when the kids have their dinner and my main meal between 8 and 9 because I can't go to bed early.lol. as for eating normally, I would suggest tracking…

Doing 4:3 And 8 weeks with 8.9kgs gone.

It also calculates the calories burnt by doing sfa during the day. So if you were to lay in bed all day it would still have calories burnt and the mfp adjustments are based on steps you've done over your set activity level.
-
So a bit like juddd and 5:2 which works on a weekly deficit rather than a daily one. I do the juddd version and my daily average is around 1300. People don't try it because like every other way of losing weight it doesn't suit everyone's lifestyle.

Chocolate eggs aren't really the problem for me the kids prefer to have a toy or in my son's case harry kanes football boots. It's the roast lamb and chocolate surprise nest cake I'm making that will test me... cos chocolate cake needs to be eaten with cream. Not celebrating "easter" until Tuesday anyway had to call the…

2 nsvs 1. The heeled shoe boots I bought 6 weeks ago were tight on my ankle. Last Friday I wore them they weren't tight and I wore heels all day without pain for the 1st time in years! 2. I jogged a 8kph for 58 mins.
-
It was bleeding awesome thank you. Kids are home for half term now and we've spent the morning doing craft pictures. lost 1.2kg and my nsv was wearing heeled boots all day and actually walking in them for the 1st time in years fand my ankles being small enough to fit in it... when 6 weeks ago they didn't fit.
