Lidl and aldi are your best bets. Also bulk buy and freeze when you can, for example atm most supermarkets are doing offers on joints of meat. If you cook, then freeze into portions will work out cheaply for you xx

I do juddd which is alternate day or in my case 3:4. Works for me. Have lost 6kg and found it easy to get back into the swing of it after having a week of maintenance after an op.

I would set your down days for 500 lover. Go for a higher percentage as you only have a bit to lose. I put your stats in at 30% and it gave you 1717 up day and 515 down day. That is far more achievable than 285 and 1424.xx

So my body doesn't look like homer Simpson face when I sit down naked (we've all seen the meme, it wasn't me. But still). And most importantly I want to go to alton towers for scare fest and go on all the rides without having to be squashed in and to be able to get on the kids rides with my littlest.

Was created as a male alternative to valentines day as v day is mainly aimed at woman. So just a fun way to appreciate your other half. The other half will be taking pre cooked sirloin, tenessee bbq sauce and cheese and onion mash to work to warm up as he starts at 4. Our favourite though is rib eye.

During breaks could you walk around the building, up and down stairs? Fit a 15 minute walk in your lunch break? Also I second a pedometer to track your steps. Also parking your car slightly further away meaning you have to walk to and from it?xx

Not all in the gym But Monday, Thursday, Saturday -c25k, 30mins + walk home. Tuesday, Friday - 15 min warm up cardio, 45 min weights and 60mins cardio. Wednesday - 60mins swimming lengths

Lidl do a gorgeous chocolate chip shortbread round for 85 calories and one a night is enough to satisfy that craving or dunk in your tea ;-) xx

I'm doing juddd. Which is essentially the same things. I eat 500 calories and up to 2400 calories (I've found I'm rarely that hungry to max out) on a 4:3 basis. I've lost just over 6kgs in 3.5weeks. I find it easy enough to maintain.

I did my sets of squats today and added the bar.

Did day 1 of c25k and ran the 8 mins of it. May not sound impressive but I'm just under 300lb that is hell of a bulk to move. Also rather than feel creamed, I feel more energetic.

My dress size isn't going down but the weights I'm lifting are getting heavier and the speed and incline on the treadmill are going up for longer. That's enough to get me through the next hurdle.xx

Anything you enjoy. We can recommend what we enjoy but if you don't, you won't be able to maintain it long term. I'm just over 300lb and I love the gym and lifting weights, swimming and yoga and a friend of mine wants me to start belly dancing with her.xx

I'm a 300lb maid and I started back at the gym last week. I do 15-30 mins (depends if im focusing on upper or lower body) cardio to warm up then hit the free weights and weight machines. Also dancing around the house with the kids, there are a lot of dance dvds that you can be silly with the kids.

I you tube beginners yoga and used to do it before bed once kids were asleep. Not hardcore but it helped with sleep and being more flexible. Where abouts in the UK are you?

Today instead of pottering around the house doing housework and then eventually sitting down with a mug of coffee, I will get at least an hours swimming in.
