Good job!! I was working out a coupe of weeks ago with the onset of flu symptoms... and then worked out as was on the mend (coughing, sniffing, etc) was no fun either. You will have your strength back soon and will probably burn even more calories. Still you deserve 5 stars for working out at all with a hangover. :drinker:

There are several P90 programs... for example: P90, P90 Master Series, P90X, and even P90X+ with P90 being geared toward those just beginning a workout regimen. I hope this helps. :-)

I agree with the post replying to how the HRM measure calories burned. It's really the best way to measure how your body burns calories.
