I totally agree with this statement. I use my elliptical with the arms and the resistancy turned up quite regularly, I also swim and bike all cardio excercises. I am not saying I look good, I still have progress to make with that being said I am definately firming up.

Scentsy is a wickless candle. The warmer has a lightbulb that warms the wax, the wax comes in over 80 scents. It is sold like Pampered Chef through consultants.

For candles I like Scentsy ~ Luna is my favorite. I do not like the open flame with kids in the house and I am too forgetful. For lotion I only put it on my calves that was it isn't too strong and I can wear just about any of them I like.

I have never tried the JM 30 day Shred, I do believe 2 weeks is rushing results. The goal is to become lean and stay that way so, as I have read many times slow and steady wins the race. Feeling results, seeing results, and what the scale reads are very different.

Yes, my friend and I are doing this together we set a goal/ friendly wager to be at by June if one doesn't make it the other buys pedicures if we both make it we will treat ourselves together. No sabotaging allowed.

Yes log them. You set up your goals only, then you need to log that you accomplished them. :drinker: That is when you earn your extra calories. Your base calories are set on what you daily activity level is with out added excercise.
