Where shorts with a drawstring...I did the Warrior Dash and almost came out of the mud pit without my shorts since I didn't have drawstring. For the Dirty Girl mud run I had on good shorts and it was much more enjoyable!

Don't try to not get muddy. Enjoy it, dive in head first and get everyone around you muddy too! Which race are you doing?

I've been out of town for the last three weeks and this week was inservice. I lost 6.2 lbs while away so that puts me at 7...three pounds before Monday...might happen, this has been a good week.

I have my first one tomorrow since going GF. Chicken is provided, I'm taking something I can eat as are my mom and my aunt so I figure that those four items will be my meal. I'm good with that!

I just started the GF thing and chose to start it over the summer for that exact reason. My school (workplace) is AWFUL with having food everywhere all the time so I wanted to get into the habit without that around. I am not looking forward to those temptations.

Depending on your insurance a nutritionist may be fully covered. I have Highmark Blue Shield and they cover 7 visits a year 100% - not even a co-pay. It's worth looking in to.

I have become addicted to Zumba. It is a great workout even for those with no coordination.
