Today is Day 30 for me and I am so excited to be done! I struggled with this for the whole 30 days however I was able to stick with it and am so glad I did. My biggest piece of advice - have an amazing support system in place because this is HARD!

I am currently but don't know that I will continue totally paleo but will stick pretty close...feel free to add me. I am, and have been for years, totally gluten free though...
-
Hang in there! It will get easier and you will see a difference (hopefully!).

I went gluten free cold turkey about three years ago to see if it would have an impact on my fibromyalgia and debilitating migraines. Within days I felt a ton better and that was all the motivation I needed to keep with it. I definitely miss certain foods at times, however it isn't worth how I will feel if I eat it. My…

I got the Withings Pulse for christmas and it has an adjustable band which should fit that size wrist.

I'm in for 40 miles. Hopefully this will keep me on track for my half marathon training.

I did it over the summer right before my wedding and lost 9 lbs and 13 inches overall but as soon as the wedding passed I "forgot" all that I learned and gained most of that back. I am starting another round soon as I did really like it but you do need to follow what you learn afterwards.

What does your cleanse consist of?

I want to loose 15 before my wedding as well and only have 3 months...5 should be very doable.
-
I'm in also! I have had a horrible month, eating and exercising wise, and need a jump start to loose the last 20 lbs. My wedding date is July 19 and I need to get my butt moving.

EDIT: I just found this link http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-beginner-weight-training-workout-routine/ with a beginner programme for 3 times a week, with this formula: Workout A Squats 3 sets of 8-10 reps. 2 minutes rest between sets. Bench Press 3 sets of 8-10 reps. 2 minutes rest between sets. Rows 3 sets of 8-10…

My church is also doing the Daniel Plan right now and it is a whole lifestyle plan, not necessarily just a diet. With a focus on Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. I'm loving it!

With wind chill it was -24 in PA this morning and schools are closed....

Going on a cruise to the Bahamas with my boyfriend's family at the end of March and going hard core until then. Would like to be as close to my final goal as possible at that time.
-
I'm in...I need to do something! I will shoot for 50 miles.

I'm in the same boat, however haven't really lost much in the last month. I have been doing a lot of research and found that I am most likely not eating enough, and I eat more than 1200 daily. I am going to try to NET close to my BMR for a few weeks and see how that works, I would suggest that for you too.

I get spaghetti squash all year long in the produce section of pretty much any of the grocery stores around me. I eat it a lot.
-
My first half marathon is October 20. Feel free to add me, anyone, as I would love more runners in my friends list.
-
I went on a gluten free diet (for health reasons) after I began my weight loss journey. I don't feel that it necessarily added to the weight loss but it did help me turn my health around. If you are going for a healthier lifestyle then my recommendation would be to also stay away from the Gluten Free option of a "regular"…

I try to but it's shoulder length and won't all go back. It is driving me nuts so I'm going to get it all cut off ;-) Well, most of it, anyway.
-
I started at 231 at 5'6. I am down 59 with 21 to go. Feel free to add me.

My nutritionist said that Crystal Light and tea can be counted towards my water consumption.

I'm gluten intolerant and have been gluten free for about 8 months. Feel free to add me...anyone!
