Struggles/successes this week: This morning's weigh in was a bummer since I was down to 142.2 earlier in the week. Maybe it's a fluke? I went to the gym 5 times this week (burning 2,184 calories over the 7 days) and took an intense step class, plus I was really mindful about my eating and calorie intake (2,496 calories under my weekly goal). I honestly could not have done much more than I did this week to lose weight. Hopefully the scale will tell a different story tomorrow, and at the next weigh-in! For now I will continue to keep on the straight and narrow -- I have definitely noticed my waistline being more trim and my legs feeling stronger in the past week.

Struggles/successes this week:Struggle with eating enough throughout the day. Sucess this week was going to a fork and screen at AMC and only eating 2 of my boyfriends buffalo wings. I wasnt hungry because we had a ton of sushi for lunch. Sometimes its hard for me to say no to food in those situations.0 -

Struggles/successes this week: I have been working hard to stay under my calorie goals for most of this week, and I am realizing how much I was eating before I started keeping track. I find it frustrating how variable my weight can be (3 pound range throughout the course of a day). I had been down to 164.5 the day before the official weigh-in, but one bad evening of eating put me back up to 165. My goals for this week are to significantly increase my water intake and to try to fit in some sort of brief exercise almost every day.

Good Morning!!!! Well done to everyone who posted their updated weigh ins. Some fabulous losses there. I only managed 0.5lbs despite lots of exercise and keeping within my cal goals. I guess our bodies are mysterious organisms and don't always follow the rules we expect from them! Not to worry....am just going to keep on keeping on!!!!
So anyone else who had a disappointing loss (or slight gain)...don't beat yourself up....keep aiming for your goals, eating healthily & exercise....and those lbs will come off.

Was going to update my goal weight, but not going to ... as this morning I weighed the same as yesterday, so perhaps the big slow down is happening unfortunately. After back got better, I did 3 walks. 1 good one, 2 strolls with the kids. Unfortunately freezing fog has caused an issue with my chest this morning, so outside exercise out again for a few days. Just hope I don't get sick..... Am thrilled with week 1, 90% was grand, as I'm snacking constantly and being hypoglycemic I have to. Today it cold and I want more food!0 -
