Just finished day 4 of level 2. I have to say that after adding jillians cardio kickboxing to level 2 I could barely walk when I got out of bed this morning, but I pushed my way thru today and feel great. Hope everyone is having fun with jillian she can sure kick ur butt lol.

today will be day 6 of level one 30ds for me and i am just starting on the low carb diet. I am wondering what are some good, simple low carb meals you all are having? i've never done the low carb diet before.

just completed day 5 of level 1. It seems to be getting easier every day. I find the jumping jacks and jump rope the hardest circuit in the whole workout. it makes my legs feel like jelly and i feel like i'm gonna fall on my face. how is everyone else doing with the 30ds?
