DITTO! I think this is just awful. I am going to be in my best friend’s wedding in September, and I'm using this as motivation, but they would NEVER ask me to lose weight. They love me as I am, and so should any good friend.

I’m a gamer! I actually found it a great incentive to work out harder. I will not play any sort of game until I complete my work out! I am addicted to body rock tv, and the workouts are only 12 minutes, so there is no excuse not to do it!

It’s not sad at all! The important thing is that you are MOVING! This ran is completely fantastic! We are proud of you! Don't stop! 2 minutes can turn into 3 minutes, then 4 minutes, and then you are running miles! Way to go girl!

I just took my before pictures, and i have to say, I am totally shocked i let myself go so much. I am a 5'5' 25 year old woman and weight around 190. yikes. Excuses! I havent cut anything out of my diet, but have made portion sizes a prioty. Over eating always has been my issue. I also have tried not to eat atfer 9 or 10 , depending on when i get done with work. You can still have sweets and breads, but you have to limit the amount.
