  • DITTO! I think this is just awful. I am going to be in my best friend’s wedding in September, and I'm using this as motivation, but they would NEVER ask me to lose weight. They love me as I am, and so should any good friend.

  • I’m a gamer! I actually found it a great incentive to work out harder. I will not play any sort of game until I complete my work out! I am addicted to body rock tv, and the workouts are only 12 minutes, so there is no excuse not to do it!
  • It’s not sad at all! The important thing is that you are MOVING! This ran is completely fantastic! We are proud of you! Don't stop! 2 minutes can turn into 3 minutes, then 4 minutes, and then you are running miles! Way to go girl!

  • Excuses! I havent cut anything out of my diet, but have made portion sizes a prioty. Over eating always has been my issue. I also have tried not to eat atfer 9 or 10 , depending on when i get done with work. You can still have sweets and breads, but you have to limit the amount.
