My two favorites are Raw Fit and any flavor of Plant Fusion. Both are clean, vegetarian protein powder blends that are free of soy, wheat and dairy.

I've had my Fitbit since August and up until recently, I felt like the numbers were right. But in the last two months I've been questioning how realistic the calorie burn actually is give my amount of activity. I'd love to hear other people's thoughts.

I'm 5'8 and 174.5lbs. I'm pear shaped and have plenty to lose. I wear a size 11 or 32 pant and am a large in shirts. At my thinnest, when I was 19, I was very briefly 145lbs and that was a comfortable weight. I think 150 - 160lbs is a realistic weight for myself.

My fitbit syncs to my MFP account. I am lightly active at work, plus the time on the elliptical. I'm also a little skeptical of my calorie burns and make sure to watch my caloric intake, as such. *edited for spelling, apparently I don't know words

I've been getting into a lot of gluten free, vegan baking and am loving it! I love being able to substitute in apple sauce and coconut oil for eggs and butter. Yum! It almost gives me hope that maybe I'll be able to go full vegan someday, once I can get past cheese and ice cream!
