It's difficult, but I really don't have a choice anymore. I have Epstein-Barr, and dairy makes me physically ill every time I consume it. It does suck ... I love cheese :)

A couple of questions as to "how"? 1. I've been doing two-a-days for three years now. I lift in the mornings before work and do cardio at lunch. And I've cut way down on dairy and all sugary drinks. And I never drink that toxic diet soda garbage.
