Reach my goal weight! And gain muscle.

Excellent!

The one thing I refuse to give up. I drink 2 cups daily with 2 Tbs of half & half and 2 tsps of sugar. I've tried soy milk, light soy milk, skim milk, etc. It's got to be half & half or cream.

Apple slices with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Luna Bars are marketed toward women, but they're 180 cals and come in many tasty flavors. Just the other day I found a Tuperware-type container specifically for salad. It has that special freezer stuff between the layers, so you stick the container in the freezer the day…

Beer bread, chips, and medium-rare lamb or nice cut of beef.

You can't change family or friends. They will change when they are ready to change. Stand your ground. It helps to live with someone or have a close friend who has the same goals as you. Get a support buddy. Find a friend that likes to go on walks instead of eating. So much of our quality family/friend time involves…

Everybody is different. You have to do what works for you. But in general, calorie counting works.

I log in everything including my fruits and veggies. The typical American diet does not include a whole lot of fruits and veggies. My guess is they're not eating them.

Thank you for sharing your success!

I would never say something to a coworker. That could potentially fall under harassment. If they ask you about your weight loss, by all means tell them what you are doing. But save the advice for close friends and family.

You would lose weight, but feel like crap. There was a professor who lost weight only eating twinkies. http://articles.latimes.com/2010/dec/06/health/la-he-fitness-twinkie-diet-20101206

Depends on your definition of masculinity. So it's okay for a man to dominate a relationship? Isn't that chauvinism? I think perhaps men are having an identity crisis when comes to their roles in relationships, because the traditional male and female roles have changed as well as how men and women relate to each other. I…

alcohol . . . esp. the hard liquor and those fancy mixed drinks . . . . There's so many calories in alcohol that you either have to exercise like crazy to have more than 1 drink or drink your calories instead of a meal. Just not worth it most of the time.

-bad or missing teeth -someone who suffers from significant mental illness and/or medical issues, but refuses to seek medical help or take their prescribed meds and wonders why they're not getting any better -ignorant -no job -drug/alcohol habit -children -intolerant of other people/cultures -controlling -bad in bed -lousy…

I think women should be allowed to go topless like men. We live in a sexist society. Personally, I like to wear a bra, because otherwise they sag.

I love spaghetti squash! It's great with marinara or pesto. A super easy thing that I do . . .Half it. Scoop out the seeds. Spray a baking sheet with Pam. Bake it for 45 min. at 350F. Scoop out the cooked innards into a bowl. Per 500grams of squash, I add 2 Tbs tomato paste, 1 tsp butter, 2 Tbs shredded Parmesan cheese and…

Yeah. When I was in my 20's, I saw different people on a weekly basis. But now in my 30's, I have found that people change, move or get busy with their own professional/personal lives. It's hard. So it's not that it's hard making friends; it's just hard maintaining friendships. Some friends we only see each other once or…

Tree nuts, corn, eggs, crab, some fish. I'm not deathly allergic. I do avoid the tree nuts, but do a low corn, low egg diet.
