I have 3 of the biggest loser workout DVD's and love them all! Great workouts!! They have Bob leading and one of them has that trainer that was on there for a season, Kim. The other one if biggest loser Yoga. very intense, love that one! Highly recommend his DVD's!

you know you can do this!! do you WANT to? put your mind to it, put down that bag of chips (or insert whatever haunts you) and GET OFF THAT COUCH!!! start keeping track again of your foods, find time to exercise and JUST DO IT!!! do it for you!!! feel better, look better, get it done!
