Im basically having the 5 meal breaks a day. Breakfast is typically Crunch Bran. I have a yogurt and fruit snack mid morning. Normally, tuna, chicken , turkey, Soup, Salad, fruit for lunch. just finished day 9 today ready for day 10 tomorrow :) no weight loss yet, but feel leaner and fitter. I dont have a heart rate monitor. But I push myself as much as I can.
