  • my biggest weaknesses is MIDNIGHT MUNCHIES ARRGGHH!! Will do so well all day and then when the clock strikes 10pm-1am the munchies kick in.....majority of the time (these days) i manage to get to sleep and win !!!!!! hehehehe

  • if you are making a point of it being exercise then id say yes - providing your heart rate goes up whilst doing the walk - exercise is accumulative ... but personally speaking, i wouldnt add it .... best of luck deciding !! :O) Why dont you log it for a month and then see if you want to continue doing so ?? xxx
  • maybe the foods on the diet were better for your friends blood type ??? try the blood type diet, which is really just eating right for your type !! :O) For example, ham is no good for me, or avocado and beef is really good... where as for my fiance its comlete opposite !!
