Hello Yasmin, technically speaking if you stick within 1200 calls you are bound to lose something, HOWEVER....if you drink the right amount of water, eat 1-2 pieces of fruit and mass amounts of veg and protein, you're going to see results allllllot quicker.... i lost 30KG and found at times id be stuck and not losing…
