How do you plan to achieve your personal goal? I hope to keep up w/ logging into MFP calories & try to stay below the average calories, & taking hikes & walking daily. I will also drink more water & more veggies. I'm hoping I could maintain a healthy weight so I can have more energy & have more confidence .:) .0 -
I was in a group in March and I don't know if I got kicked out, or if the group was deleted. Either way, I was sad

In April I will be more active and eat less junk - revisited my goals and better lifestyle change. always motivating !!Last month I did the Lost 5 lbs in March group. I really enjoyed it and it really helped me. I haven't seen any groups started up yet for April and April 1st is Monday. So I'm going to attemp to start one. How do you plan to achieve your personal goal?
Weigh, measure, and log everything I eat--no cheating! Lot's of veggies and very lean meats, more fish, keep carbs in check, only whole grains (and those in limited quantities.) 40 minutes of yoga per day, 2+ mile walk at fast to very fast pace per day (3.5-4 mph) on hilly terrain. 1000 calories per day. Lots of water.
I'm a yo-yo dieter and that's something I need to stop. Once I lose this weight, I want to keep it off for good.0 -

By tracking what I eat consistently, and staying under my recommended calorie intake. Also, by visiting the gym a minimum of 4 times a week and walking more instead of getting public transport!0 -

I plan on achieving this by logging everything I eat, giving up eating out for the whole month, jm30ds (actually finishing it this time), and jogging 3x/week.0 -

Additional goals: Show up and finish my first 5K I am running on April 20th!!! Eat less processed foods. No soda. More water. More fruits and vegetables. No emotional eating... Period. Watch sodium levels more closely. Enjoy the warmer weather. Possibly go bathing suit shopping by the end of the month? Be proud of myself for what I have already achieved and what I will achieve!
How I am going to achieve my goal: Log everything, don't restrict myself from foods I love which will prevent the need for me to cheat or overdo it, maintain a positive attitude (I know I can do this), finish 30DS by the middle of the month (starting Level 3 on Wednesday) then begin the Ripped in 30 DVD. Get outside more with my children! Reward myself more (no, not with food).
