    Alrighty, just updating for myself since today is April 1st.

    I plan on achieving this by logging everything I eat, giving up eating out for the whole month, jm30ds (actually finishing it this time), and jogging 3x/week.

    I will join! Cw. 123.8 sw. 125.8 gw. 112.... My goal is to exercise 5 times a week! I mostly have the eating under control but have fallen off the exercise wagon. It will be easier as the weather gets warmer!

    Additional goals: Show up and finish my first 5K I am running on April 20th!!! Eat less processed foods. No soda. More water. More fruits and vegetables. No emotional eating... Period. Watch sodium levels more closely. Enjoy the warmer weather. Possibly go bathing suit shopping by the end of the month? :) Be proud of myself for what I have already achieved and what I will achieve!

    How I am going to achieve my goal: Log everything, don't restrict myself from foods I love which will prevent the need for me to cheat or overdo it, maintain a positive attitude (I know I can do this), finish 30DS by the middle of the month (starting Level 3 on Wednesday) then begin the Ripped in 30 DVD. Get outside more with my children! Reward myself more (no, not with food).

    I'm in ... I want to lose the last 5 lbs I've been holding on to! :) Decided this is my month to do it :

    I'm training for two 5k's in May so my goal this month is to stay on track with my C25K running program and do my 30day shred as well. Hoping the rest of the weight will just ease right off :)

    Please sign me up for April! I have been off MFP for awhile...I have only gained a couple pounds but I have been eating a steady diet of donuts and pizza while my son was home for spring break. I can tell a HUGE difference in the way my clothes feel and I don't like it! Want to get back on track before summer!

    How do you plan to achieve your personal goal? I will work on being more consistent and complete with my tracking. Start moving more, walking at lunch and getting to the gym at least three times a week. Less beer, more water. :laugh:

    Log into MFP everyday, encourage other people, to workout almost everysingle day and finish my 30 day squat challenge ( they are killing my legs!)

    I'm eating healthier and eating less. I try to work out a few times a week. I'm also using Weight Watchers. I'm keeping up with 2 diaries just because I'm curious about how many calories the points turn in to.
