    How do you plan to achieve your personal goal? I hope to keep up w/ logging into MFP calories & try to stay below the average calories, & taking hikes & walking daily. I will also drink more water & more veggies. :) I'm hoping I could maintain a healthy weight so I can have more energy & have more confidence .:) .

    I was in a group in March and I don't know if I got kicked out, or if the group was deleted. Either way, I was sad :cry:
    I would love to join your group...since I am getting closer to my goal, it's harder to loose.

    I'm keen. How do I keep track of these groups? Sorry if it's a silly question, i'm fairly new to mfp and completely new to group challenges.

    - Buy some food scales and stop eyeballing everything.
    - Keep accurate records of cal intake.
    - Gym at least x3 a week.

    Can you please explain the abbreviations ? I got most of them (SW = start weight / CW current weight / GW goal weight / UGW ??

    So I guess it's just UGW I need to know hehe thanks!

    In April I will be more active and eat less junk - revisited my goals and better lifestyle change. always motivating !!
    Last month I did the Lost 5 lbs in March group. I really enjoyed it and it really helped me. I haven't seen any groups started up yet for April and April 1st is Monday. So I'm going to attemp to start one. Anyone is welcome to join and you can set your own goal for April here.Just come back every week and check in and let everyone know how you're doing with your April goal.

    How do you plan to achieve your personal goal?

    Weigh, measure, and log everything I eat--no cheating! Lot's of veggies and very lean meats, more fish, keep carbs in check, only whole grains (and those in limited quantities.) 40 minutes of yoga per day, 2+ mile walk at fast to very fast pace per day (3.5-4 mph) on hilly terrain. 1000 calories per day. Lots of water.

    I'm a yo-yo dieter and that's something I need to stop. Once I lose this weight, I want to keep it off for good.

    I'm in!!! I'm new to MFP, and with my wedding is less than 11 weeks I really need some help to stay on the straight and narrow!!

    SW: 224lbs (16st) - 25th Sep 2012 (3 days post childbirth)
    CW: 203 lbs (14st 7)
    GW for April: 189 lbs (13st 7) - pre-baby weight!!
    UGW: 147lbs (10st 7) - although this will still make me slightly overweight, it will make me a UK 12, which is fine by me

    How do you plan to achieve your personal goal? -
    Log food on MFP every day RELIGIOUSLY and stick to the calories!!! No more binges!!
    Exercise for a min of 1hr every day!!

    How do you plan to achieve your personal goal?

    By tracking what I eat consistently, and staying under my recommended calorie intake. Also, by visiting the gym a minimum of 4 times a week and walking more instead of getting public transport!
