I like to keep it easy and simple. I mix up some extra virgin olive oil with some garlic (or garlic salt in a pinch) and then I lay out some foil and lay the salmon and whatever veggies i want (asparagus is my fav) on the foil and brush the olive oil/garlic mixture over the salmon and veggies. Bake @375 or 400 for 20-30 minutes and bam, my whole meal is done! easy clean up too!

First, you need to tell him that it's nothing personal. If you can, explain the food chain and his place in it. All the better if he has had his run and spawned. The important thing with salmon is DON'T talk down to them. They'll know you're lying if you start with that old trope about fish heaven. So level with him and just explain that you're hungry.

Give him a chance to pray to Chumbalah Red Salmon King, and let him make his peace.

Then, shout "what's that over there!?" and when he turns to look, brain him with a pipe, freeze him, and continue with the usual processes.

Others prepare their salmon in different ways but I think it's important to take a humanitarian - - or dare I say pescetarian? - - approach.

    Best of luck.

    We had salmon last night
Mixed a teaspoon each of Dijon Mustard, Honey and olive oil together
Coated the top of the skinless fillets with this mixture
then sprinkled with rosemary, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
Broiled at 350 for about 30 to 40 min

Very yummy slightly sweet- even my salmon hating son said it was okay!

put sesame oil, seafood soy sauce, chopped up garlic and ginger, add some scallions and steam for 10-15 minutes(depends on size and thickness of the salmon steak).

    or

put the salmon in a bowl and add two to three table spoon of cornstarch to it and lather the salmon real good, add a table spoon of soy sauce, add garlic powder and onion powder to the mix and then grill it on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side and then glaze some honey on each side and turn off the heat and cover the skillet for 3 minutes.

    enjoy. and your welcome

We like to bake our salmonon a cedar plank. I also let it set in a dry rub of granulated garlic, paprika, chili powder, cracked peppercorns and a little bit of sea salt. Goes great with stemed veggies and jasmine rice!
