put sesame oil, seafood soy sauce, chopped up garlic and ginger, add some scallions and steam for 10-15 minutes(depends on size and thickness of the salmon steak).
or
put the salmon in a bowl and add two to three table spoon of cornstarch to it and lather the salmon real good, add a table spoon of soy sauce, add garlic powder and onion powder to the mix and then grill it on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side and then glaze some honey on each side and turn off the heat and cover the skillet for 3 minutes.
enjoy. and your welcome0 -

We like to bake our salmonon a cedar plank. I also let it set in a dry rub of granulated garlic, paprika, chili powder, cracked peppercorns and a little bit of sea salt. Goes great with stemed veggies and jasmine rice!0

Brush with a little coconut oil, add some pepper. bake for 15-20 mins.
Serve with caramelised brussel sprouts and coconut lime brown rice.

Mom and I both mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and hot sauce, as follows: 8 parts soy sauce, 4 parts honey, 2 parts sesame oil, and 1 part hot sauce. We then marinate the salmon in a 9x13 pan, and put it in the oven, still soaking in the marinade. I forgot the temperature, I think 350, and then cook it until it's at the desired fish doneness. The marinade (because it's heated in the pan with the cooking fish to get all the fishy bacteria out) also works really well as a salad dressing, in my opinion...0
