Over 1700 cals is high if you want to loose weight and many days you have gone over or not even logged at all. You arent working out or even walking. I see you have taken it down to around 1500 today so that is good but 800 cals on fried food for dinner isnt going to help. What are you "giving up" on? Atleast you havent…

You would have to cut and work off 2916.6666666667 cals a day! (check my math...1 lb = 3500 cals so 100 lbs = 350000 and devide that by a typical month (30 days x 4 months) = 2916 and change. A healthy but high count of 2 lbs a week is 104 lbs a year and that is cutting around 500 cals a day and working off around 500 cals…

Thank you everyone! Well most everyone lol As for the 1200 cals a day. I took a bod pod test and that is actually what the Nutritionist said my body could handle but most need around 1500. She is right, I dont feel hungry or deprived but thanks for the concern. I did hear that the first trimester you dont need to add cals…

If your cal intake was working why did you change it? Go back slowly to 1600. 1200 is too low for most people.

I need a tummy tuck now so I know I will need one after my next baby. I am not really overweight...I just didnt bounce back and I have ALOT of stretch marks. I stayed small but my tummy was HUGE when I had my first baby. I am also in the military so I will have to be fit to run and do sit ups within the year.

I went from a size 10 and a D to a size 4 and DD!!! My husband loves it but I feel ya! If I dont get the right fit clothes they can make me look fat. BUT some women would love these babies LOL so show off all your curves :bigsmile:

I usually try to stay in the range of 300 (breakfast) 400 (lunch) and 500 (dinner) this leaves 300 to play around with or for snacking.
