I am 5'6".5, 134 lbs, hips 37, waist 30, and per the bod pod I am 33.5% body fat. The bod pod says my BMR is 1134. I lift hard 3 times a week and loose around 200 cals during each cardio session 3 times a week as well. Not your typical weight lifting question
So I was 139 lbs at 5’6.5’’ and came out of the bod pod at 33% body fat. Pretty high for my weight. SO I have been told to lift hard. If I eat over maintenance then I will gain muscle while lifting but also a little fat. If I eat below then I am supposed to loose fat but maintain my muscle if I lift.
