Why do I feel like butt when I lift...?

Question, when I run or do zumba I feel great! Have energy and want to do more. When I lift, I start feeling weak and tired and kinda out of it. I make sure I eat good before hand. This morning I had 5 scrambled egg whites with veggies, 2 pieces of bacon, protein in my black coffee and a pear. I stopped eating 50 minutes before I started to work out. I have been lifting for about a month now and I see a difference and going up in pounds each week, so I know it is working. Do you know why I feel so bad during my work out?

That's a boatload of protein. You might want to shift it a little... carbs are good before a hard weight workout... protein immediately after. Carbs will give you more energy than eggs, bacon, etc. You are going up in weights each time so it's expected that your body will feel fatigued. You're working your butt off. I would mess with your breakfast and see what happens.0
