You're doing great! Your results are obvious . I have the same problem. I can't see my progress in the mirror nor in pictures. I can only notice my progress by putting on some clothes I use to fit well or even clothes that use to be too small. Try that and see if it helps you see just how good your doing. Good luck.

Yes. You must eat more quality foods. If you burn more calls than you eat, your body will go into starvation mood. This will stop weight loss and ruin your metabolism . Bump your cal intake to a range of 1200-1500 cals. Try that for 2 weeks and see how it goes. Remember to log your food and add comments about how you feel.…
