I have lost 100 pounds and do have a little loose skin. It continues to get better though, and it is not noticeable with my clothes. Definitely not a reason to not lose the weight! Worth it even with some loose skin!! :-)

I'm just trying to expose and retain the muscle that I do have while losing a few percentage points of body fat. Eventually I'll be looking to gain, but for now I'm still trying to get rid of some of this fat! Thanks!!

Thank you for the response! Definitely helpful. I think it's sounding like what I may want to try is dropping the longer runs and HIIT as much as I can. If I'm really itching for some cardio, don't lift that day or do cardio at least a few hours before I lift. Thank you!!!

I'm not really losing, so I know that I must not have much of a deficit (although my FitBit does tell me otherwise). I was thinking it's the soreness and the water and lactic acid build up in my muscles and maybe I am losing slightly but the scale isn't showing it because of what my muscles are holding onto. Have you ever tried Quest Bars? They're not exactly the "cleanest" snack, but they do have 20g. of fiber -- or so they say. But hey, even if it's half that, it helps!
