  • Hello! I have used MFP, and low carb diets in the past to drop some weight. I'm back now after a long hiatus, which included having a baby, and dealing w post-partum depression, and ending a 6 year relationship. So I guess you could call this my quest for a revenge body lol
  • My go-to snacks are hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers and hummus, and cheese sticks.

  • I am currently 207 and a size 16. I have a large frame, and feel like at my most fit, and when i liked my body best, I was around 160.
  • Thanks guys :) MFP has definitely been paramount to my success so far. Now I'm focusing more of my attention on lifting, and can't wait to lose the last 1/3 of the weight, and tighten up what's left :tongue:

  • I have 20ish. Going to get my first on my tummy when I lose another 27 lbs. Figured there was no use getting one there if I'd always be too embarassed to show it!!!

  • I love chocolate, too. Mainly baked goods (brownies, cakes). I found VitaCakes in the freezer section, they're little brownies that stay frozen, and you microwave them.
