Make them filling calories - high fiber and lean protein! Eat every 2-3 hours so you are not feeling overly hungery come meal time and you can eat smaller meals.

Change things up...you can't let your body get into the same habit. It knows what to expect, change your meals around and what you are consuming for a few weeks. Confuse your muscles with a variety of different workouts so it doesn't know what to expect to break through.

I certainly am not well endowed...but I find when I go with a sports bra that is a little (not too small) bit small than what I actually need it stays put better. If it is too large it tends to shift and chaff and make it very uncomfortable. You could double up as well to keep them under control :).

I like to change it up, I find when I stick to one thing I lose interest quickly. Two days a week I try to run outside for 45-60 minutes - If it is 40 degrees or above, and I go hard on abs.
