Crisps, chocolate and cooked breakfast! Me and my partner used to go for breakfast a few times a week, always had the large breakfast, didnt realise the total calorie intake off that was nearly 1500! Plus we used to eat lunch and dinner too, sometimes that would be dining out too, usually fast food plus snacking inbetween.…

I work out on the kinect and home dvds, I dont go near the gym as Ive convinced myself its full of skinny people trotting along quite happily while I'd be the fat person red in the face, huffing and puffing ! Plus its expensive ...

I used to work until 10pm and to be honest, it didnt make any difference to my weight. Tho I dont think its a good idea to eat late and then go to bed as you'll prob feel very full all night ! Seriously tho, eat popcorn ( a small amount) or if I'm really peckish I have a slice of toast !

I think its because when we have a mini blow out, your mind gets tricked into thinking that your going to fill up like this every day, poss why its trying to tell you your still hungry! I agree with the other reply, up your water intake and possibly go for more filling food - brown rice, pasta etc x
