My 4% is 8.6 lbs! I am hitting the gym at least 4 days a week and I need to keep my calories under control. My biggest problem is my husbands sweet tooth, I cave everytime he wants dessert! I need to JUST SAY NO!!! Current weight - 216 (August 20) 4% - 8.6 End Goal weight - 180

Bob Harper, the trainer on The Biggest Loser, says eat half your weight in protein. And not just in all meat, beans & eggs are great and incorporate meatless options once in awhile.
