I do the AquaZumba and you can wiggle so much more underneath the water. All I can think is " this feels so eeew " with what the fat on my legs is doing but it's under water. Who cares ? I certainly don't since a few months from now there will be so much less to wiggle. Can't wait. I love it

what i have been using to replace my junk food wantings is sugar snap peas . They have the crunch and the sweetness. I love them but they are expensive here so I wait till they are half off. What I'll get rid of this week though is the popcorn. Good Luck to everyone in this challenge

i love bread especially the bad WHITE stuff. what i use now is ryvita snackbread 6 slices is only 120 calories. unsure of the carb number but i can't see it being too terrible. it also fills you and you can put anything on it

As you are exercising you are gaining muscle underneath your fat, I find muscle builds a lot faster than fat will burn off. I have one knee that hurts like he@@ than an hour later I can almost do anything. But for any type of exercise like bootcamp that I am doing now I need to wear a brace or it is a complete waste for me to be there because pretty much all the exercises are squats, lunges,squats you get my drift.
