Thanks! I definitely know how important it is to focus on the running! I did that with my first- half and I felt like I lost a lot of my strength in other body parts as I was training for that, so I'm hoping this time around I can tweak a few things here and there and hopefully have a better outcome all around!

Thank you! I guess I was always in the (incorrect) mindset of 3 days on, 1 day off...repeat, repeat...I haven't tried any other splits, I'll give it a try!

Funny story (kind of) about my dress. When I tried it on it was a size 8 (my "normal" clothing size) just because that was the only one there. I had figured it was a 10 just because of how it fit and everyone told me that wedding dress sizes are usually higher. Well the 8 fit like a glove! A little tight but nothing major…

My long-term goal would be to get down to 145 pounds...(which is what they say I should weigh based on my height/what I weighed in high school)....buuuut I'll be happy if I can get to 160 and be more toned/continue eating healthy!

September 27, 2013- so just over 10 months away!! The nice part is that FH is trying to loose weight/gain muscle before the big day too- so at least we're in it together!

I have 8 bridesmaids! Crazy! They are wearing purple! They are all wearing the same dress (but they are all going at the same time to try on/hopefully agree- wishful thinking I'm sure). We are going in December to look at them!
