Thrifty store! Dont Judge. I've been losing all summer and my business clothes are saggy and falling off. I was able to buy a new wardrobe for work for under 30 dollars. And the clothes still had tags on them. New slacks and blazers. All it needed was a dry cleaning and I was good to go.

I've lost weight in the past and I took L-Caritine. I wouldn't contribute my weight lost to a vitamin. I've taken other supplements before with no result. I believe natural is the way.

I do both Ripped in 30 and Turbo Jam "Fat Blaster". I love Fat blaster, its in interval so you will burn calories and sweat!!!! I've had to see my stylist sveral times this month cause my poor weave cant handle the sweat. I love it.

I know when I have hit platue in the past, I've changed my diet and exercise. Try pushing yourself harder, your body might be use to your workouts. Change things up, Circuit training or interval training works best.

I have! Im excited to say I ordered the jeans I'm wearing now too smal about a month ago and this morning they fit great. YYYYEEEEESSSS!!!!!!! It works for me. I also have an dress hanging in my room as my motivation. Its two sizes to small. I'll see you soon little Black dress.

Moteration honey is the key. Always enjoy your favorite foods just dont over indulge. It would drive me crazy if I couldnt have the foods I wanted. Which is the reason I hate fad diets I always fall of the wagon with those. So enjoy yourself and stay focused.

Aaw Sister I feel your pain. I've been losing but just the other day I took a full body pic cause I "felt" skinny, but clearly the picture told differently. So will continue my journey, fustration is apart of the process. Lifestyle change is never easy but you can do it girl.

I love Turbo Jam! I do Fat Blaster every other day before dinner. But Usually I intake most calories during the day for lunch. So I have enough enegy to complete the workout. Then something light for dinner, just enough to make my calorie intake and not hit starvation mode.
