Ok I will definitely bump up the weights and i havnt tried deadlifts yet but i want to and i will. I do do some machines but sometimes i do dumb bells to. Thanks for that picture!! :)

Ok because I always knew cardio did burn fat but i always see people do weight training and they look great. I do both , i go to the gym 5days a week. I do 30mins cardio and 30mins weight training. sometimes more. only im not seeing results so I was wondering if im doing to much cardio?

This just comes to show people will never be happy.. Because for example. I have no cellulite any where on my body but i refuse to wear a bikini.. I have stretch marks on my stomach from gaining weight so fast.. But although i dont have any cellulite i would love to know what people do do to get rid of it.. very interesting

Well Im good at drinking my 8 glasses a day but things I do to help me I carry larger water bottles so I drink more. Also, when i work out I get super thirsty I drink 3 bottles just working out. But fruits and veggies have water in them too, so if your eating alot of that I would consider that too.. :) GOODLUCK!! :)

I have a 40c and I would be really sad if they shrunk as well as my butt... But at the same time, if you work out your chest and your breast lift and look firm i don't think that's to bad:)

I think you can do anything you put your mind too. Sometimes I want to give up too because I want yo eat all the unhealthy good food and sometimes working out is hard and I feel like I want to give up but the best thing is. I DONT. It will definitely take time and effort. Blood sweat and tears but at the end it's all worth…

I gained 40lbs on it and it made me hungry like no other, and that was with working out. It just didn't do good to my body.
