I have opened my diary, its best to check out my diary prior to oct 14. My little guy had surgery, and was hospitalized so it has been a little skimpy on logging

That has actually been my routine, to work out first thing in the morning before breakfast. I have also been doing intervals on the treadmill. The first thing that goes into my body when I awake is water, after brushing my teeth.

I am 5'2, and I look my best at 165. I think it has a lot to do with your bodies distribution of your weight. I once questioned myself as well, because of my bmi results. I could never see myself weighing 120lbs it wouldn't work on me or for me. I say go with what works for you.

Thanks for the advice, come to find out I was not getting the recommended calories daily. I was working out alot more than I originally planned, and in turn was putting myself under my calorie goals.

I am taking in close to anywhere between 1200-1400 a day, and I am definitely keeping an eye out for the sodium. I also drink in between 8-10 glasses of water a day.

I am only doing cardio at this time, and its anywhere form 40 minutes to an hour 5 days a week.
