Need help adding calories!
I have been trying so hard to add calories to my diet, but I tend to get full very quickly. My diary is open, I would like suggestions on how to add calories.

2 months and nothing
I have been working out, and trying to get in all of my calories. I have managed to lose a few inches but the scale isn't moving, I drink anywhere from 8-12 glasses of water per day. Do I cut back?
I tend to gain muscle easily, I am working out 5 days a week nothing under 40 minutes per session. I am eating suggested calories. I am losing at the rate of 1lb a week.
