This time round I have announced it to the world :-) Well, not exactly but everyone at work knows and all the peeps on my facebook (who are just close friends and family far away) - I am hoping that this will help me with accountability and generally think that everyone will be encouraging and supportive.

I log everything I do - even used a stopwatch to see how long it takes to walk from our flat to the bus stop so that I can log it :-) So now I log those minutes of walking as a standard every day as I do it twice. I log cleaning too but not food prep and the like.

I hardly ever struggle to achieve my intake but then again whilst I have been making better choices with what I eat I have made a point of not putting anything off limits as usually that's my downfall (when you know you can't have it....)
