i lost 6lbs doing 30DS and 15.5 inches :happy:

ive just won a creme egg easter egg at work :love: .. im going to share it with my best friend as our treat this weekend.. its only 440 calories if we each have half! better get running to have enough calories left then haha:happy: :laugh:

hehe thank you!! YES WE CAN!! I'm actually thinking that i might go home and do the no more trouble zones dvd after doing day 5 this morning.. haha my mum thinks im getting obsessed with it all.. i just love the feeling you get after completing one of her killer workouts!! haha WOOP!!

ive done Day 5 this morning - and thought i'll just see if there are any inches coming off... and already ive lost 5.5 in total. 2 of which are off my hips!! :happy: :noway:
