awesome!!!! i did something similar yesterday, which is very unlike me. i had TWO cookies after dinner!!!! TWO!! usually i can't have any b/c once I start...well, you know...I'm proud of us!! :)

I have mine set to my lightly active TDEE minus about 20%. I don't eat back (or even log) my exercise. I know it's not the end of the world if I go over a little since I know I have it set a little low...but I also know I really don't normally need over 1700 calories a day...unless I'm going out to eat or something special…

I'm 40c/35p/25f...I don't always hit them, but I always get in more than 100 g of protein. I'm focusing now (as it sounds like lots of us are!) on strength training now that I'm maintaining my weight. I also run 2-3 times a week and I really feel better with the extra carbs.

I define a binge as feeling out of control with eating. Thinking in my head "no, why are you eating this?? you aren't hungry. you already had enough" and eating anyway. Eating 25 mini chocolates. there was a thread on the fitness boards about this exact thing, so i read that as well. i think i'm gonna cut back to 2 xs a week running, at least for the time being. i really want to do SL the right way and i have already seen results. once spring hits i may readjust, we shall see. :) thanks, everyone!!

hmm...i really want to keep going with the SL program as designed. I'd rather (at this point at least) cut back running to 2 days. so, i'm thinking... Sun - run M - SL T - rest W - SL H - run F - SL Sat - rest (maybe walk) Does that look better?? I only run 4 miles and I'm not training for anything.

i just posted in the stronglifts women group about this. i do SL MWF and run 3xs a week. I'm definitely starting to have leg fatigue now that the weights are getting heavier. But i love running!!!! Something's gotta give though...

It only takes a few days to start a new habit...so just don't do it...the first few evenings will totally stink....then it's not so hard!!

I did week 5 with a virus and i swear it made it last longer...AND then it came back as a full-blown sinus infection. Finally got antibiotics yesterday. And YES i'm sure I"ll lift tomorrow! For some reason i just really don't want to skip. And now that I have meds it will finally go away. :)

pan seared!!! get the pan nice and hot...salt on one side...put it salt side down...cover the other side with sesame seeds. flip. the sesame seed side will turn nice and crispy. SO GOOD and so easy and quick and SO GOOD.

yep...fiber!! change one of the things MFP tracks for you to fiber (i got rid of sugar, since i was always over since i eat fruit). i have to eat 35 g EVERY DAY or i will become constipated.
